The Berry Harvest season is comparatively short : approx 15th November – 23rd December.
At other times of the year it is possible to purchase frozen berries as well as berry jams, jellies and syrups made in Joy’s registered kitchen. Her Wildly Wicked Warby Brambleberry Dessert Syrup is “to die for!”
Joy also uses other fruits grown at the orchard - peaches, apricots, tangelos, limes, grapefruit - for jams, syrups and sauces.
Joy likes to experiment with unusual or new tastes – hence her Tangelo Dessert topping, Peach & Cinnamon Jam, Quince Jelly, Waldoberry Jam, Tangelo Dessert Syrup, Lemon Sauce, Brambleberry Jelly, Ruby Red Grapefruit Marmalade, Blood Orange Marmalade, Lime Marmalade, Tangelo Marmalade, Red Lime Syrup, Tayberry Jam, Elderflower Cordial and Lime & Chilli Sauce.
