Looking forward to our 2014 harvest!
Our bumper 2011, 2012 and 2013 berry harvests continued mostly until just before Christmas, depending on weather extremes, as always.
Building up to harvest, usually in November the Loganberries, Boysenberries and all important Brambleberry vines are loaded with large, luscious berries just ripe for the picking each day at dawn. The berries are certainly happy this year!
Our Farm Gate sales operate each day between 10.00am and 5.00pm.
In 2011, when we first published this website, all of our fruit seemed to be earlier. We had some beautiful cherries until that rain early in November which split most of the cherries we had left on the trees to ripen further.
Our next variety came in mid-November, but the rain kept coming! However we still had more varieties which produced good harvest that season.
